MONTRE TANK LOUIS CARTIER
Description
Louis Cartier created the Tank watch in 1917. A legend was born. The first prototype was given to General Pershing a few years before its commercialization in 1919. Its unique aesthetic comes from its attachments concealed beneath its flat vertical brancards with sharp edges. The purity of its lines would appeal to the free and elegant spirits of this world. Having become an icon, the Tank watch has given rise to multiple variations, without its strong identity being distorted.
